Refrigeration Developments and Testing Ltd are committed to providing a service and products according to clients’ expectations in terms of quality and reliability and will ensure that adequate resources are available to sustain our planned business objectives.
It is the policy of the organisation to commit to and maintain a quality system designed to meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 17025:2017 in pursuit of its primary objectives.
The Quality Manual defines our quality objectives and key procedures which include how we commit to provide adequate physical resources. We ensure that the Quality Manual is communicated and understood throughout the organisation.
Client service is an essential part of the quality process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and its impact on client service. All personnel have the authority and resources necessary to carry out their duties.
To ensure the organisation commits to and maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the Directors formulate and implement this policy and the quality system is regularly reviewed and subject to annual audit.
Refrigeration Developments and Testing Ltd are committed to good professional practice and providing independent test results of the highest standard. We welcome the opportunity to compare test results with other laboratories, where this will benefit our quality standards.
Procedures are in place to protect customers’ confidential information and propriety rights including the electronic storage and transmission of results.
All personnel are free from any undue internal and external commercial, financial and other pressures that may adversely affect the quality of their work.
Refrigeration Developments and Testing Ltd will avoid involvement in any activities that would diminish confidence in its competence, judgement or operational integrity.
The Directors ensure the continuing suitability of this policy, our Objectives and the Quality Management System, monitored by our Quality Manager whose duties are defined within the Quality Manual.
Objectives to improve quality issues are set at regular management review meetings. Action plans are
formulated and progress towards achievement is regularly monitored.
The requirements of the organisation’s quality system are mandatory, and all personnel have a responsibility and obligation to familiarise themselves with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.
