    How to find us

    RD&T is sited at the University of Bristol's campus, 13 miles south of Bristol at Langford, in Somerset (postcode BS40 5DU).

    By air, Bristol International Airport is 5 miles north of Langford on the A38.

    By rail, to Bristol Temple Meads, change to a local train for Yatton. Take a taxi to the Vet site at Langford (10 minutes from Yatton - taxis may need to be pre-booked).

    By road from the M4, turn onto the M32 and follow it to Bristol city centre. Take the A38, signposted Bristol Airport, Taunton and Bridgwater. Follow the A38 out of Bristol towards the airport. About 5 ½ miles after the airport, turn right at the Esso petrol station in Churchill, onto B3133 towards Clevedon. Turn left at the mini roundabout and you will see the entrance to the Vet site on the right hand side shortly after this, where a high stone wall starts.

    By road from the M5, heading south, exit at Junction 20 and follow signs to Yatton. Continue through Yatton, following signs to Congresbury. About 5 ½ miles after leaving the motorway, you will reach traffic lights at Congresbury, turn right onto the A370, then left at the next traffic lights by the Ship and Castle public house onto the B3133 (signposted Langford, Churchill, Cheddar). After about 2 ½ miles, the road narrows and winds through some houses. After this there is a high stone wall on the left. The entrance to the Vet site is on the left as the high wall ends.

    By road from the M5, heading north, exit at Junction 21 and take the A370 to Congresbury. Turn right onto the B3133 (signposted Langford, Churchill, Cheddar) at the traffic lights by the Ship and Castle public house. After about 2 ½ miles, the road narrows and winds through some houses. After this there is a high stone wall on the left. The entrance to the Vet site is on the left as the high wall ends.
